                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 
                  AGREEMENT WITH L & L CONSULTANTS, INC., FOR 
                  ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATIVE TO MAINTAINING 
                  THE PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, FOR AN AMOUNT 
                  OF TWO THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS 
                  ($2,150.00) PER MONTH, PLUS REASONABLE 
                  EXPENSES, FOR THE PERIOD OF MARCH 1, 1995, 
                  THROUGH FEBRUARY 29, 1996.
                  
                  
                                                     
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized an 
       Amendment to the Agreement with L & L Consultants, Inc., for 
       engineering services relative to maintaining the pavement 
       management system, for an amount of $2,150.00 per month, plus 
       reasonable expenses, for the period of March 1, 1995, through 
       February 29, 1996.
